You are also very welcome to return your article directly at our ARYS Store in Berlin - Prenzlauer Berg, Kollwitzstr. 51, 10405 Berlin.You want to return an article? No problem! All articels that you have purchased directly from our online shop can be returned. Please note that we reserve the right to claim compensation for the loss of value in case the item will be returned in a used condition. Also, the associated label should not be removed and should be located on the article. The item which you do not like or does not fit can be returned within 30 days after delivery.
Through our Shipping Portal, customers can generate a return shipping label. Using this tool, a return fee of 4.95 โฌ (Germany) / 9.95 โฌ (EU/Switzerland) will be deducted from the refund amount. However, customers are free to organize the return to the following address on their own expenses:
